Even I'm confused as to what the hype for this game is. Killzone 2, yeah I can understand the hype. Infamous, yeah I can understand the hype for that too. Heavy Rain, yeah I get the hype for that as well.
But THIS game, I'm very iffy on. And that trailer is just flat out weird to me. But of course, we have to wait and see more than just a trailer to come up with ANY assumptions.

Once again, the MEDIA talks about "this and that" being in the firmware updated, then people moan and cry when the stuff they wanted isn't in the firmware update.
People, Sony NEVER said what features would be in the update. The "journalist" and "media" ASSUMED what would be in the update. Don't blame Sony for stuff they never said would be in the update to begin with. Blame the media and journalists you seem to trust in time and time again.

They should tie their games into psn and xbl. Konami's ID for MGO and Pro Evolution Soccer was too much of a hassle. MGO would have more players had it not been for the hassle of the Konami ID. But hey, if SE wants to have the same issue, who cares? Not my money lol

Too many people sat here at actually payed attention to HHG when he said the possibility of DLC.
But this right here, SE said months ago about the game not getting any DLC. Hell, for as long as they are taking they really shouldn't do any DLC anyway.

This is Sony offering to assist in the costs of funding for games assuming they meet the quality standard.
It's not like what MS does "I like this game, we'll give you $$$ for a year exclusivity or for complete exclusivity"
You need to learn the difference between a "bride" and a "trade off". THIS thing that Sony is doing is called a trade off. "If you go exclusive to us, we'll assist in development costs.

But I seriously hope I don't have to make a new save file just for these trophies. I spent too much time powering up my characters and items. So I hope the trophies are retroactive because there is no flippin way I'm doing all that powering up again from scratch on a new save file.
Also, as cool as this is, some of those trophies are INSANELY hard even for the most avid nippon ichi fan.
Because there is no way in hell I'm starting over after powering up so many characters and items.
Just look at the later multiplatform releases (RE5 SF4 Tomb Raider) and you see that the ps3 versions are outselling the 360 version despite this 8million unit console lead MS loves to talk about. So how fanboys love to say "oh people only buy ps3 for blu ray" is just flat out ignorant.
